Ticket Purchase Terms & Attendee Rules
By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket to The Ancient City Continental Show, you agree to the following terms and attendee rules.
1. Event Admission
Your ticket grants admission to The Ancient City Continental Show at Caribe Royale Orlando, 8101 World Center Drive, Orlando, Florida.
General admission begins at 12:00 PM and the show floor closes at 5:00 PM on show days.
A standard admission ticket grants access to the show on September 4 and September 5, 2026. This is one admission ticket for the show, valid for both show days.
2. VIP Access and Social/Awards Event VIP tickets and approved VIP credentials grant VIP access beginning at 11:30 AM.
VIP access may also include admission to the TACC Social/Awards Event, if stated on the ticket or confirmed by TACC in writing.
VIP access gives earlier entry, but does not guarantee access to any specific knife, maker, exhibitor, lottery, drawing, auction item,product release, or purchase opportunity.
3. Ticket Check-In
Attendees must show their email confirmation at check-in.
After confirmation, attendees will receive their badge, wristband, credential, or other admission materials required for entry.
Attendees may be required to present a valid photo ID at check-in. TACC may refuse admission if a ticket is duplicated, altered,invalid, unreadable, or not associated with the person presenting it.
Badges, wristbands, and credentials must be worn or displayed while inside the event area.
4. Final Sale Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No exceptions.
No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, removal from the event, violation of show rules, travel issues, hotel issues,weather, personal scheduling conflicts, or inability to purchase a desired item.
If the event is canceled outright and not rescheduled, TACC may issue refunds, credits, or another remedy at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
5. Event Changes
Show hours, schedule, exhibitors, programming, floor layout, VIP access details, Social/Awards Event details, and special events are subject to change.
TACC does not guarantee the attendance of any specific exhibitor, maker, dealer, sponsor, guest, company, or special guest.
6. Age and Purchase Rules
Attendees must be at least 18 years old to purchase knives, enter knife lotteries, participate in knife drawings, or buy restricted items unless a parent or legal guardian gives approval and completes the purchase.
Exhibitors may set stricter age, payment, lottery, or purchase rules at their own tables.
Attendees are responsible for knowing and following all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession, purchase, transport, and ownership of knives or other items purchased at the show.
7. Children and Youth Wristbands
Children under 18 may attend free of charge with a responsible adult.
All attendees under 18 must receive and wear a special youth wristband. This wristband identifies the attendee as a minor and prevents the attendee from purchasing knives or restricted items unless a parent or legal guardian approves and completes the
Children must remain supervised at all times. TACC may remove any attendee, family, or group if a child is unsupervised, disruptive, unsafe, or handling knives or tools without permission.
8. Personal Knives Brought by Attendees
Attendees may bring personal knives to the show.
All personal knives must be carried safely and responsibly. Knives brought for trade, sale, appraisal, repair, or showing to another attendee must remain secured in a bag, case, pouch, roll, or container until they are being shown in the designated trading area or to an exhibitor for trade.
TACC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or confiscated knives, gear, bags, or personal property.
9. Designated Trading Area and No Show Floor Trading
Trading may occur only in the designated TACC trading area.
No attendee may buy, sell, trade, solicit, or negotiate private collector transactions on the show floor, in exhibitor aisles, at exhibitor tables without permission, or in a way that disrupts exhibitors or attendees. If an exhibitor will trade with you, that’s ok. 
Private collector transactions may only occur where permitted by TACC rules and venue rules.
All private transactions are strictly between the buyer and seller. TACC does not inspect, authenticate, guarantee, insure, broker, or enforce private transactions.
TACC is not responsible for disputes, counterfeit items, misrepresented items, payment issues, chargebacks, theft, trades, shipping, taxes, legal compliance, or buyer or seller remorse.
10. Unauthorized Selling
Unauthorized vending is not permitted.
No attendee may operate as an unapproved vendor or use the show, hotel, parking areas, lobby, hallways, restaurants, bars, or surrounding event areas to sell products outside the designated trading area or without TACC approval.
Any attendee caught brown-bagging, soliciting unauthorized sales, disrupting exhibitors, or operating as an unapproved vendor may be removed from the event without refund and may be banned from future TACC events.
11. Firearms and Ammunition
All state, local, and venue firearm laws and rules apply.
TACC does not permit firearm displays.
Firearms may not be displayed, handled, shown, demonstrated, traded, sold, or used as part of any exhibitor display or attendee transaction at the show.
A concealed carry permit does not override state law, local law, venue rules, or TACC event rules.
Attendees and exhibitors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable firearm laws and venue policies.
12. Knife Handling, Damage, and Table Etiquette
Do not handle any knife, tool, display item, or product without permission from the exhibitor or owner.
Do not touch blades unless the exhibitor or owner allows it. Fingerprints, oils, drops, careless handling, and unsafe manipulation can damage finishes, edges, mechanisms, and collector-grade pieces.
Do not flip, deploy, swing, test, or manipulate knives in a careless or unsafe manner.
If an attendee damages a knife or other item, the attendee is responsible for the cost to repair or address the damage. Paying for repair or damage does not automatically give the attendee ownership of the knife or item. Any sale or transfer of ownership remains solely at the discretion of the maker, exhibitor, or owner.
TACC may remove anyone who handles knives unsafely or ignores exhibitor instructions.
13. Safety, Security, and Theft
TACC may use security staff, bag checks, credential checks, wristbands, cameras, or other safety measures.
Attendees must follow instructions from TACC staff, venue staff, and security personnel.
Theft, attempted theft, fraud, chargeback abuse, counterfeiting, badge misuse, or possession of stolen property will not be tolerated.
TACC may detain or remove suspected offenders where legally permitted, contact law enforcement, cooperate with criminal investigations, and support prosecution of theft or other criminal conduct.
TACC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person for unsafe conduct, harassment, threats, intoxication, disorderly behavior, theft, suspected theft, violation of law, violation of venue rules, or violation of these terms.
Removal from the event does not entitle the attendee to a refund.
14. Service Animals
TACC follows Caribe Royale's service animal rules and all applicable law.
Service animals are permitted as required by law and venue policy.
Pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and animals that are not trained service animals are not permitted inside the show area.
Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times. They may not block aisles, interfere with exhibitors, disturb attendees, damage property, or create a safety issue around knives, tools, displays, food areas, or crowded spaces.
TACC may require removal of any animal where permitted by law, including if the animal is disruptive, unsafe, uncontrolled, aggressive, not housebroken, or in violation of venue rules.
Owners and handlers are responsible for their animals at all times, including cleanup, damage, injury, disruption, and compliance with Caribe Royale policies, TACC rules, and applicable law.
15. Accessibility
TACC intends to provide a welcoming and accessible event.
Attendees needing reasonable accommodations should contact TACC before the event when possible.
TACC will work with the venue to address accessibility needs, but some requests may require advance notice.
16. Photography, Video, and Promotional Use
By attending the show, attendees understand and agree that photography and video may occur.
TACC may photograph, film, record, livestream, or otherwise capture the event for promotional, archival, security, marketing, social media, website, advertising, or future event use.
By entering the event, attendees grant TACC permission to use their image, likeness, voice, appearance, and presence in event-related photography, video, and promotional materials without compensation.
Attendees may not photograph, film, livestream, or record an exhibitor's table, knives, transaction, lottery, private discussion, or personal property after being asked not to do so.
17. Lotteries, Drawings, Auctions, and Special Releases
Exhibitors may run their own lotteries, drawings, auctions, drops, or special releases.
Rules for those sales are controlled by the exhibitor unless TACC states otherwise.
No ticket guarantees the right to purchase any item.
TACC is not responsible for exhibitor lottery rules, pricing, availability, drawing results, auction results, or sales decisions.
18. Personal Property and Liability
Attendees are responsible for their own property at all times.
TACC, its organizers, staff, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, contractors, and venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced property.
Attend at your own risk. By entering the event, attendees agree to act responsibly around knives, tools, sharp objects, displays,
crowds, service animals, and other show conditions.
19. Hotel and Venue Rules
All attendees must follow Caribe Royale rules, hotel rules, event rules, and applicable law.
TACC may remove or ban attendees for misconduct occurring not only on the show floor, but also in related event areas, hotel common areas, parking areas, restaurants, bars, hallways, or other venue-controlled spaces.
20. Enforcement
TACC reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms in its sole discretion.
Violation of these terms may result in refusal of admission, removal from the event, cancellation of credentials, loss of VIP privileges, denial of future ticket purchases, or ban from future TACC events.
No refund will be issued to anyone removed for violating these terms.
